Refund Policy

ChatMili's Starter plan is free to use up to its conversation limit, so you can try the Service with no payment involved.

If you upgrade to a paid plan and aren't satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund of that payment — no detailed justification required.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We don't prorate or refund partial, already-used billing periods outside the 14-day guarantee above.

Refunds don't apply where an account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
